If you are staying on a Sub Camp, part of the Activity Team or any Team connected with KIJ and undertaking Bronze, Silver or Gold DOE Award or wish to work towards them, then keep on reading:
One of the members of “E Sub Camp Team” is a DofE Manager and is available to support all those attending the Jamboree undertaking the DofE or wishing to know more.
Dot Hasler has for many years worked for DofE Office in the Borough of Hounslow. She has worked closely with the DofE Head Office in Windsor and can produce evidence to support this.
So to support you she can:
- Sign you off for part of the DofE.
- Give you a supporting document so you can be signed off by your coordinator.
- Observe you at a prearranged meeting.
- Give you advice on how to achieve part of the DofE.
- Help you to achieve the DofE.
To avoid any miss understanding before the Jamboree have a word with your coordinator or Operating Authority and if necessary contact the Sub Camp through the KIJ Website.
Dot will be available to you:
- Thursday all day on the Sub Camp and the evening in the Global Village
- Friday, 2pm to 5pm on the Sub Camp and the evening in the Global Village.
- Saturday, 2pm to 5pm on the Sub Camp and the evening in the Global Village.
- Sunday, 2pm to 5pm on the Sub Camp and the evening in the Global Village.
- Monday, Tuesday not available.
- Wednesday, all day.
- Thursday in the morning as you leave.
Outside of these times contact Dot to arrange a meeting.
It maybe advisable to register or make contact with her before hand so email the website and you should receive a reply quickly from the Sub Camp.
